Want to learn an ancient art form?
Once a banned emblem of revolution against Soviet rule … always a traditional rite of spring … come learn the centuries-old art of pysanka (pysanky in plural form). Join friends and neighbors at the Bayside Activity Center to learn how to create decorative Ukrainian eggs on Tuesday, April 15, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Because of the use of hot wax, permanent dyes, and open flame, the session is only open to those ages twelve and older. Please bring or wear old clothing.
Space is limited to twenty; please register at this link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ukrainian-egg-workshop-registration-10944173317
