School Closings

Our school families will be notified of school closings, delayed openings, and early dismissals (due to bad weather or other emergency conditions) as quickly as possible. The district office will contact families through the AlertNow Notification System. An announcement will be made on local radio and TV stations, and a notice will be posted on the school district’s website. Normally, days missed for these reasons are made up at the end of the school year.

If your contact information has changed (home phone, work phone, or e-mail address), please complete an AlertNow Update Form. (The form is available at every school and on our website, and you can also access it here.) You may also call Central Office at (802) 264-5999 to request a copy.
